2. a) Using a flat-headed screwdriver, remove the safety screw holding down the strap attachment.
  b) Lift the top of the strap attachment, gently separating the attachment from the strap.
  c) Now separate this portion of the elastic strap from the Swing Ball.

Discard the old elastic strap. Turn the Swing Ball 180 degrees to the right, so the white circle (Positioning Guide) on the ball is facing you.

3.   Attach the replacement elastic strap by first centering the strap and attach Velcro® to the same color. The replacement elastic strap is positioned so it is not covering the single screw hole at the bottom of the strap attachment. Press down firmly on the center of the replacement strap so the Velcro® loops and hooks are secure. Pull the top of the strap attachment over the elastic strap and position it so the safety screw holes in the strap attachment line up. Press down firmly so the Velcro® fastens securely.

4.   Reinsert the safety screw, using your fingers to turn it at first, then use the flat-headed screwdriver to tighten the screw.

5. a) Turn the Swing Ball 180 degrees to the right so the larger strap attachment is now facing you.
  b) Attach the right and velcro loops on the replacement elastic strap to the Velcro hooks and press down to fasten the Velcro®, and make it secure.

6.   Press down to make the Velcro® secure on the strap attachment so the four screws can clearly be seen.

7.   Bring the strap attachment over the affixed replacement elastic strap ends, matching the top of the strap attachment to the bottom of the strap attachment. Press down to make secure.

8.   Check to make sure both strap attachments and the replacement elastic strap are secure

If you need to adjust the elastic strap tension, just open the larger strap attachment, unfasten the elastic strap, and adjust the strap tension as needed.
Your Swing Ball should now be ready for use.
