Wearing Instructions
 
1. Slide one hand under the strap while holding the ball with the opposite hand.
 
2. Slide your opposite hand under the strap.
 
3. Use the white dots as approximate guides for the optimal hand position.
 
4. Align the strap just above the knuckles on both hands.
 
 
 
Strap Adjustment
 
1. On the back side of the ball, lift up the large Velcro attachment.
 
2. Undo the Velcro straps as shown.
 
3. Adjust the straps to get the proper tension needed.
 
4. Re-attach the straps as shown (when properly done, it should just cover the first set of screws).
 
5. Re-attach the large strap so it is properly aligned with the back Velcro.
