Slide one hand under the strap while holding the ball with the opposite hand. |

Slide your opposite hand under the strap. |

| 3. |
Use the white dots as approximate guides for the optimal hand position. |
| |
| 4. |
Align the strap just above the knuckles on both hands. |

| Strap Adjustment |

On the back side of the ball, lift up the large Velcro attachment. |
| |
| 2. |
Undo the Velcro straps as shown. |
| |
| 3. |
Adjust the straps to get the proper tension needed. |
| |
| 4. |
Re-attach the straps as shown (when properly done, it should just cover the first set of screws). |
| |
| 5. |
Re-attach the large strap so it is properly aligned with the back Velcro. |
